Our Services Cost Nothing to your Company

Our business model enables a win-win situation for our business customers & the corporations we work with.  Many telecom carrier reps, management & other consulting companies get paid either a salary, hourly or upfront for their services they provide to the end user- the customer.  Our knowledge and expertise of course is worth quite a substantial hourly amount, but we made the decision to work in tandem with the "Business Customer" and truly help them benefit by our model.  We receive payment typically 4-6 months after the project is completed or 4 months after the entire network is turned up and running efficiently.  Below is a typical outline of our process.    

  • Fact Finding meeting & review of current situation
  • Detailed overview & expectations of business customer.  Q&A and strategic goal.
  • Presented to various wholesale carrier partners for pricing & product information.
  • Presentation to customer- recommendations which include product information, pricing, carrier history & review.
  • Decision process which includes signing of contracts, time line expectations, additional information gathering.
  • Provisioning of circuits new or existing. Transferring of all existing phone numbers, critical data & work with the carrier groups back office.
  • Provide on-going information to end user- business customer on pertinent information regarding installation & delivery of network circuits or services.
  • Service delivery project oversight & implementation
  • Customer interaction to insure services are installed an working properly
  • On-going support for billing, services, products and pricing for the term of the contracted agreement
